Direct Support Professionals
Rewarding career building opportunities. Paid training provided for individuals who want to obtain personal and professional growth by supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in all realms of daily living in residential, day, and community settings. Responsible for following person centered approach as identified in the Individual Support Plan. Duties vary depending on the needs and interests of the person supported as they lead self-directed lives as participating members of the community. Direct Support Professionals have a high level of responsibility and accountability with unforeseen rewards! Supporting people, supporting dreams! Requires High School diploma or GED, clean driving record, background check and drug screen.

Case Manager
We are seeking a motivated and positive Case Manager responsible for developing, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the medical assessment and treatment planning process for persons supported on an assigned caseload to ensure health and well-being. Requires TN Licensed Practical Nurse with Case Management experience preferred, acceptable background check, negative drug screen, and valid TN driver's license with ability to obtain F endorsement.

Residential PRN
PRN's work as direct support professionals and are responsible for following person centered approach as identified in the Individual Support Plan. PRN's work at least two shifts per pay period on an as needed basis in our residential homes - $9.25 an hour Requires High School diploma, clean driving record, background check and drug screen.

FT DSP Floaters
FT Floaters at $12.00 an hour in residential program settings. Must have flexible schedule and available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts for a 40 hour work week. Position requires HS diploma/GED, experience in the field required. DIDD training preferred.

Part Time Teacher Assistant
The Early Learning Center is looking for part-time teaching assistants to help with naptime supervision and afternoon play-time. Candidates should have, or be working on a CDA or AS or BS degree in Early Childhood Education or Education. Hours needed are 12pm-6pm.
