Duties vary depending on the needs and interests of the individual supported as they lead self-directed lives and participating members of the community. PRN's work as direct support professionals and are responsible for following person centered approach as identified in the Individual Support Plan. PRN's work at least two shifts per pay period on an as needed basis in our residential homes - $9.25 an hour Requires High School diploma, clean driving record, background check and drug screen.
FT DSP Floaters
FT Floaters at $12.00 an hour in residential program settings. Must have flexible schedule and available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts for a 40 hour work week. Position requires HS diploma/GED, experience in the field required. DIDD training preferred.
Provides training and supervision of direct support professionals in a group home or supported living setting. Administrative and direct support duties including on call responsibilities. Requires HSD/GED with one year experience in field. Supervisory experience preferred. Positions require acceptable background check, and driving record with ability to obtain F endorsement.
Oversees assigned residential sites; supervise Home Managers; responsible for training and mentoring of employees, leadership role ensuring compliance in delivery of services and supports, rotating on call, may be required to provide direct support. Requires HSD/GED with One year experience in related field plus one year supervisory experience required.
